How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
Once your payment is authorized and received, it can take up to 48 business hours to process your order. You will be provided a tracking number by email when your package is processed and ready to ship. Shipping times is usually 3-5 business days in the USA and international shipping may vary 5-15 days depending on the destination. We are not responsible for shipping delays due to holidays or inclement weather conditions, but we will try our best to make sure all orders are fulfilled within a reasonable time.
What shipping carrier do you use?
All orders are shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) & DHL. We will chose the best shipping carrier for your order, and provide a tracking # after the package has been shipped. WE ONLY PROVIDE TRACKING NUMBERS FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS!
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Unfortunately, at the moment we do not offer expedited shipping. All shipping is standard, 3-5 business days for USA and 5-15 days for International.
How do you handle returns/exchanges?
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org for all returns/exchanges BEFORE mailing any items back. An RMA# and shipping instructions must be provided to you by us before you can return/exchange any items. This # must be included on returned shipping label when mailing back items. THEN you may ship your items back to the address provided by email. We offer returns within 7 business days from delivered date. Returns must be new, unworn, and with original tags and packaging. DuJour Accessories & Apparel reserves the right to deny any exchange/returns If items are found to have damages, smells of any sort or stains. No store credit will be given and items will be shipped back to customers.No exceptions. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Exchanges are based on availability of stock. There are NO REFUNDS! Customers will receive store credit for returns & any products that aren't available during exchange. This will be sent to you by email after your return has been successfully processed.
